• We recently hired Mary, from The Home Kitchen, to cater our daughter's baptism for approximately 30 people. From the beginning of the process she was thorough and extremely knowledgeable. Mary went above and beyond in the planning process to ensure that we were completely satisfied with our menu. We chose a variety of foods from a scrumptious cheese and meat board, spanakopita, salad, lamb chops, steak, chicken, lobster rolls with french fries and penne alla vodka. All of our guests ranted and raved about how delicious the food was. She prepped, served and cleaned the entire kitchen, which was left spotless. We highly recommend Mary for any catering event!

  • If you don't have time to read this review: If you need a caterer, look no further and hire The Home Kitchen. I hired The Home Kitchen to cater my daughter's baby shower. It could not have gone more perfectly. Mary is a consummate professional. She arrives early, prepares all of your items meticulously, plates them on lovely, neutral serving dishes that will coordinate with any setting, and clears when your guests are finished. We chose sandwiches for the luncheon, but she would also have served if I had wanted or needed it. From my first contact with her through the time she was at my house, she was so efficient and organized. She is a full-service caterer, and does her work perfectly, and leaves your kitchen immaculate. I must say the most difficult part of working with The Home Kitchen was actually narrowing down the choices! For the number of guests, Mary suggested 4-5 items, so I'll have to plan another party to try more of her delicious food! Everything was so tasty, my guests are still talking about the food from the baby shower. Afterward, she wrapped all the leftovers well, and left them in the refrigerator. Unfortunately for me, they were all gobbled up by the guests that stayed later into the evening!
